Kennel inspection workshops

THE National Greyhound Racing Club (NGRC) and the Society of Greyhound Veterinarians are jointly organising two workshops for veterinary surgeons intending to inspect NGRC licensed trainers' kennels. The workshops will be held on February 19, at HFL, Newmarket, and February 21, at Sheffield Greyhound Stadium, starting at 09.30.

The programme will include an update on the implications of the Animal Welfare Act, and discussions on the independence and standardisation of inspections, and on preparing for audit.
